The Problem We're Solving

Kenya's prisons are full. But rehabilitation programmes are empty.

Transformation is possible. Redemption is real. Communities can heal.

Ustawi Network runs Kenya's structured rehabilitation programme for men convicted of sexual offences, because safer communities are built through accountability, support, and the courage to change.

Our Mission

Building Accountability, Dignity & Safer Communities.

Incarceration rates for sexual offences have risen while structured offence-specific rehabilitation has remained scarce. Ustawi Network exists to break that cycle through evidence-based support, accountability, and transformation.

Pillar 01

Restorative Justice

We facilitate deep understanding of harm, accountability to victims and communities, and practical pathways to make amends.

Pillar 02

Desistance and Rehabilitation

Change happens when men build healthier identities and clear reasons to live pro-socially. We help build both.

Pillar 03

Evidence-Based Practice

Every module in SOTP draws from cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-informed care, and proven rehabilitation methods.

Pillar 04

Ubuntu Philosophy

"I am because we are." Reintegration is not only individual change. Communities must be prepared to receive and rebuild.
